He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Borlen and Anton Borlen; his wife June I. Meyer; his daughter Diana Schallock (Willard); his son-in-law Frank Mueller; and his siblings, Edward (Susan), Dominic (Millie), Greg (Adeline), Raymond, Mary and Celeste.
He is survived by: his children, James Borlen of Hartford, Patricia Borlen of Hartford, Steve Borlen (Bonnie) of Iron Ridge, Thomas Borlen of Hartford and Cindy Borlen-Mueller of Jackson; his grandchildren, Will Schallock (Bobbie Jo), Matthew Schallock (Jodi), Eric Borlen (Kari), Dustin Borlen and Aleaha Goodrich (Seth); and his great grandchildren, Nicholas, Caitlyn Perez, Diana, Olivia, Jackson Schallock, Kamdyn and Rhyder Borlen. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
