With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Hazel L. Schwartz of Hartford, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 17, 2025 at the age of 98. She was predeceased by: her husband Robert S. Schwartz of Hartford; and her siblings, Elva, Francis, Glenn and Dorothy.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Jim (Sandy) of Eagle and Tom (Kelly) of Bunnell; her grandchildren, Adam Schwartz, Sarah Schwartz and Megan Sollenberger (Blake); and her stepgrandchildren, Kathy Briquelet (Steve Fuller), Shawn Swanson (Jennifer) and James Chesebro (Natalie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Shimon Funeral Home (824 Union St, Hartford, WI 53027). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery W (1185 W Sumner St, Hartford, WI 53027).
