She is survived by: her husband Jeremiah "Jerry" Sullivan; her children, Trisha Stern (Joe), Gary Sullivan (Sharon) and Jamie Sullivan (Kathy); her grandchildren, Michael Stern (Heidi Dawson), Katie Jakubowski (Dave), Beth Gatzow (Chris), Shanna Perlberg (Jerad), Scott Sullivan (Laura), Ryan Sullivan, Kelly Knuth (David) and Kristin Kornetzke (Jacob); and her great grandchildren, Conner, Aiden, Hailey, Kensie, Lucas, Tyler, Sadie, Annabelle, Evelynn, Madelynn, Rowan and Ensley. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
