He is survived by: his wife Susan Johnson; his sons, Bryan (Pam) and Joel Johnson (Jodi); his grandchildren, Felicia, Steven, Jacklynn, Nevaeh, Liberty, Benjamyn Johnson, Kimberly Moder (Samuel) and Holly Capps (Robby); his great grandchildren, Senona, Thomas Johnson and David Capps; and his brother Dan Johnson (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
