She was predeceased by: her husband Wesley; her son Ronald "Ron" Schlafer; her grandson Benjamin Henning; and her siblings, Ralph Winkelman, Lucille Lembke and Irene Claas.
She is survived by: her children, Ralph Schlafer, Arthur Schlafer (Deborah), Darlene Pillsbury (Joe), Jeanette Rehlinger (John), Geraldine Martin (Dale), Beverly Von Rueden (Jim) and Lois Henning (Eric); her daughter-in-law Betty Jane Schlafer; her grandchildren, Jeff, Wes, Allan, Patricia, Marie, Art, Brian, Sharon, Aaron, Amanda, Elizabeth, Michelle, Charleen, John, Ash, David, Robert, Katrina, Dan and Brandi; and her siblings, Marie Schraufnagel, William Winkelman, Charles Winkelman and Betty Dygart. She is also survived by 8 children, 22 grandchildren, and 21 great-grandchildren.
