He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond E. Christianson and Anna V. Christianson (Merritt); his parents-in-law, Don and Bev Kuhlman (Harris); his brother Bob Christianson; and his siblings-in-law, Karen Christianson (Gilkes), Jay Kuhlman and Mary Kay "Mimi" Kuhlman (Koster).
He is survived by: his wife Edith Kuhlmann; his sister Jane Mrozinski (Curtis) of Manitowoc, WI; and his brother-in-law Kim Kuhlman of Hartford.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Sojourner Truth House in Milwaukee, WI in honor of Dale's heart for women and children in need.
