We are sad to announce that on November 7, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Carmen M. Jakubic of Hartford, Wisconsin, born in Oconto, Wisconsin. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Marie Talmadge and Wesley Talmadge; her husband David L. Jakubic; and her siblings, Karen Schreiver, Jim Talmadge and Earl Windsor.
She is survived by: her daughter Vicki Checolinski; her grandchildren, Corey John Radermacher (Geri) and Tanya Michelle Thiede (John); her great grandchildren, Lindsey, Casey, Brandon Radermacher, Amber Mae Wagar (Brandon), David and Chance Koester; and her great great grandchildren, Weston and Eddie. She is also survived by relatives and many great friends.
