He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur H. Fehring and Anna Fehring; his siblings, Lorraine Thill (Elmer), Norman Fehring (Leora) and Oscar Fehring (Grace); and his son-in-law Steve Koenig.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Ziegelbauer (May); his children, Arnie Fehring (Colleen), Doreen Fehring and Carlene Koenig; his grandchildren, Chris Shelsta (Paul), Andy Fehring, Pam Geracie (Tony) and Ashley Koenig (Alec Kirby); his great grandchildren, Alaina, Alexis Shelsta, Sophia and Wesley Geracie; and his sister Eileen Bell (Donald).
