He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlyn Decker and Martha Decker (Brown); and his brothers, Russ and Ken Decker. He is survived by: his friend Evelyn Miller; his wife Evelyn; his children, Jodi Fell (Bruce), Jeff Decker (Tammy) and Jason Decker (Tammy); his grandchildren, Rachel Fell (Luke Rosynek), Justin Fell, John Decker (Taylor), Jared, Jenna, Daniel Decker, Andrew Moses, Christy Edgerle (Trey) and Britney Moses; his great grandchildren, Liam, Logan Decker and Hadley Edgerle; and his brother Tom Decker. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
