He was predeceased by: his mother Susan M. Stuit; his parents-in-law, Lee and Rita Rich; his friend Jordan Becker; and his aunts, Sally Pliner, Becky Patience, Vicki Vasquez and Charmaine "Cookie" Grupe.
He is survived by: his wife Rachel Rich; his daughters, Anastasia Hoeppner (Garret), Alanna and Rebecca Smiley; his grandchildren, Luna and Oliver Balicki; his siblings, Josh Fisher and Mekenzie Schmitt; his uncles, Mike King (Jodie) and DuWayne Pliner; and his aunt Mary King. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
