She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Hamilton and Lenora Hamilton (Holmes); her husband Dewey K. Holmes; and her daughters, Cathy and Connie.
She is survived by: her children, Dennis Holmes, Dean Holmes, Roger Holmes, Terry Holmes (Kathy), Linda Bird and David Holmes (Becky); and her sister Lillian Guderian (Ralph). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
