He was predeceased by: his parents, LaVerne Hamilton and Trumane Hamilton; his son-in-law Jeff Koosmann; his siblings, Donna, Carl, Larry, Ron and Lyle; and his siblings-in-law, Gaynes, Elwyn, Phillip, Arden, Jeanne, Gwen and Diane.
He is survived by: his children, Sharlene Hamilton, Janice Grenier (Gary), Jim Hamilton (JoAnne) and Sheryl Koosmann; his grandchildren, Kevin Grenier, Tim Grenier, Ashley Podoll (Jeremy), Amanda Hamilton (Brian Leofilos), Casey Sackett (Brandon) and Alyssa Beahm (BJ); his wife JoAnn (Johnson); his brother Harry; and his sisters-in-law, Sandra, Charlotte, Patricia, Roma and Mildred. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
In true Sherm fashion, in lieu of flowers, the family is requesting monetary donations so that we can continue to spread his community spirit by making donations to his favorite organizations in his memory.
