It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gordon Monroe of Hancock, Wisconsin, born in Coloma, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 1, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dana Monroe and Blanche Monroe (Davis); his son Daniel Monroe; his sons-in-law, Charles Kubat and David Sparby; his grandsons, Charles "Chuckie" Kubat and Jack Stalker; his siblings, Kenneth Monroe, Douglas Monroe, Norman Monroe, Irma Reindl and Florine Leach; and his sister-in-law Caroline Monroe.

He is survived by: his wife Joanne Monroe (Spencer); his children, Barbara, Betty, Becky, Bobbe Jo and Amy Jo; and his grandchildren, Katie Kubat, Justin Scott, Travis Scott (Dawn), John Schurk (Tiffany), Calvin Brownlow (Haley), Christian McQuillen, Trenton McQuillen and Tabitha Collins (Josh). He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren; further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers a memorial in Gordon's name has been established.
