She is survived by: her children, Dawn Horacek (Carmen), Robert Horacek (Jackie) and Jeff Horacek (Terri); her grandchildren, Kelly, Kristy, Adam, Kayla, Abby, Taylor, McKenna, Murphy and Dawson; her great grandchildren, Jacob, Callie, Roland, Jackson, Jonathan, Cassie, Nevaeh and Liam; and her sister Corine Japczyk.
