He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Rapacz and Mary Rapacz (Michalek); his brother Edmond Rapacz; and his niece Donna J. Murphy. He is survived by: his daughter Donna; his wife Clara Rapacz; his daughters, Cindy Kilian of Chicago, Kathy Daniels (Donny) of Chicago and Tammy Jones of Dallas; his grandchildren, Heather, Courtney, Ashley, Kirsten, Zachary, Ryan and Jessica; and his great grandchild Madison. He is also survived by other relatives and many special friends.
