He is survived by: his wife Carol Fowler; his sisters, Elizabeth Johnston and Carolyn Howell; his children, Pamela Bailey (Chris), Randy Fowler (Cathy), Brian Fowler (Julie), Sandra Meier (Brad) and Gary Fowler (Kelly); and his siblings-in-law, Nancy Kemnetz, Janet Galetka and Keith Kemnetz. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Hancock Wesleyan Church (242 N Main St, Hancock, WI 54943). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
