He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Steve Ford (Amy) of Hammond and Susan Ford (Kelly McCormick) of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin; his grandchildren, Ashton, Reuben, Nolan, Raelin and Ryan; and his siblings, Eleanor, Milton and Phyllis.
