It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joni Rose Strand (Hammond, Wisconsin), born in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 16, 2019, at the age of 36, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her aunt Priscilla; her uncle David Suvada; and her grandparent Goettl. She is survived by: her parents, James Peterson and Donna Peterson (Goettl); her son Nicholas Strand; her siblings, Sara Petska (Derek), Charles Peterson (Melissa) and Adam Peterson (Mykell); and her nephews, Elric, Liam, Brantlee, Koda and Leif.
