She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Clyde, JoAnne Jacobson, Norbert, Louise St. Germain, Jess, Harrolene Schambers and Norma Conklin.
She is survived by: her parents, Dustin Jacobson and Erica Mendez of Hammond, WI; her siblings, Alexander Mendez, Micaela Mendez and Melina Mendez; her grandparents, Lee, Betty Jacobson of Baldwin, WI, Jess Schambers, Al Brown of Chicago, IL, Cindy Schambers of Kenosha, WI, Leo and Nina Mendez of Kenosha, WI; and her aunts and uncles, Christopher Schambers (Amanda) of Kenosha, WI, Andrew Schambers (Alissa) of Racine, WI, Angie Louis (Kevin) of Grantsburg, WI and Heather Camacho of Kenosha, WI. She is also survived by many cousins, great aunts & uncles, & other extended family.
