He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Gerhardt and Loretta Gerhardt (Groff); and his brothers, Glenn, Don and Vern.
He is survived by: his wife Luanne "Lute" Frank; his daughters, Michelle Egger (Eric), Kristen Stokes (Tony), Lori and Lindsey (Isaac Lehmann); his grandchildren, Alexia, Lucas, Aaron, Allen, Anthony Jr., Phoenix and Mason; his great grandchild Adalynn; his siblings, Judy Gerhardt (Lyle Nippoldt) and Dale Gerhardt (Debbie); and his sisters-in-law, Vicki Gerhardt and Sherry Walker. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
