She is survived by: her children, Jane Benton (Todd), Rob Wernette (Cheryl), Carol Abuya (Wes), Kate Allen (Phil) and John Wernette (Becky); her grandchildren, Nathan, Zach, Amelie, Ethan, Max and Ezekiel; and her sister Ellen.
