She was predeceased by: her husband Donald; and her parents, Garfield Perkins and Dorothy Perkins. She is survived by: her children, Mary Maxey (Michael) and Brian Buchholz (Jill); her grandsons, Kevin, Theodore and Nathan; and her siblings, Judith Manthey (late Richard), Patricia Ballenger (Gary) and David Perkins. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
