He is survived by: his children, Hayley, Evan and Ryan; his mother Carolyn; his sisters, Lori Kasun (Robert) and Julie Eales (Kieth); and his siblings-in-law, Jeannie Merz (Mark) and Steve Honeyager (Shannon). He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
