She was predeceased by: her husband Dennis G. Pierce; her parents, Elmer Wendt and Olive Wendt; her uncle Walter; her aunt Esther Hintz; and her brothers-in-law, Ellsworth Behrens and Ronald Strasser.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cheryl Lowerr (Beau) and Sharon Gresl (Jeff); her grandchildren, Matthew Lowerr, Ryan Lowerr (Karen), Brian Gresl (Kirsten) and Brandon Gresl; her great grandchild Eleanor Lowerr; and her siblings, Marilyn Behrens, Donald Wendt (Mary), Melvin Wendt (Glenell) and Jeanine Strasser.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Emanuel United Church of Christ appreciated.
