Jan Czeczot Obituary

He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Andrew Czechowski (Rose); his parent-in-law Janusz; his brother Tadeusz (Jolanta); and his parents, Antoni and Zofia.

He is survived by: his wife Diane; his children, Kathy Janocik (Andy) and Mike; his siblings-in-law, Christopher Czechowski (Linda), Thomas Czechowski (Marla), George Czechowski (Laurie) and Barbara Delgado (Rudy); his mother-in-law Mary Oksza-Czechowski; and his cousins, Teresa Osielski (late John) and Irene Jakubczak (Mirek). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
