He is survived by : his wife Susan; his children, Matthew (Melissa Lukasko) and Margaret (Dhrumil Patel); his brothers, Robert (Ann) and Mark (Patrice); and his nieces and nephews, Michael (Chris), David (Allison), Thomas (Rebecca), Kathryn Fugate (Daniel) and Benjamin.
