He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Rand and Lucille Rand; his sister Nancy Rand (Janet); and his friends, Jack and Louise Schultz.
He is survived by: his wife Janet; his daughters, Linda Rhodes (Kevin), Kelli Stolen (Jeff), Patti Taugher (Jeff) and Terri Kreutzer (Kurt); and his grandchildren, Jamie Griffith (Tim), Sean, Cory, Adam Rhodes, Steven, Jared Stolen and Kaitlyn Kreutzer.
