He is survived by: his parents, Tom Zingsheim and Debbie Mortle; his siblings, Jessica Zingsheim, Brandon Zingsheim, Ashley Zingsheim and Cassie Zingsheim; his girlfriend Jaime Radomski; his son Dylan Jr. Dear; his aunts and uncles, Dave Mortle (Barb Dezur), Jeff Mortle, Jim Mortle (Belle), Jeannie Agostini (Bryan), Russ Zingsheim, Rick Zingsheim and Brenda Tomashaski (Bruce); his nieces and nephews, Kayla, Kate, Kitty, Kiana, Rafael and Victoria; and his cousin Marina. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family appreciated.
