He was predeceased by: his parents, Lavern Ross and Florence Ross; his siblings, George Ross and Donna Battles; and his daughter-in-law Tracey Ross.
He is survived by: his former wife Pamela Ross; his son Billie Jo Ross (April) of New Richmond, WI; his wife Cheryl Ross; his children, David Ross of Jackson Center, OH and Sharaya Mende of Iowa; his stepchildren, Mellissa Hoyer (Bryan) of Red Wing, MN, Fred Scott III (Naomi) of Red Wing, MN and Ryan Scott (Rachel) of Red Wing, MN; his grandchildren, Matthew Ross, Jonathan Ross, Cameron Ross, Carleigh Ross, Samantha Ross, Brett Hoyer, Myles Hoyer, Ethan Scott and Jackson Scott; and his siblings, Jerry Ross (JoAnn) and Melody Ross.
A Visitation will be held 1:00 – 3:00 PM (with respect to social distancing and masks required) Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at the O'Connell-Benedict Family Funeral Home, 130 N Grant St., Ellsworth, WI.
