He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Belzer and Lillian Belzer (Vollmer); and his brother Spencer Belzer (Joyce). He is survived by: his wife Amber Welch; his children, Richard Strasburg (Elizabeth), David Strasburg (Tammy) and Veronica Marchan; and his brothers, Dan Belzer (Linda) and Tom Belzer (Cheryl). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and friends.
