He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Hoffman and Loraine Hoffman (Pevonka). He is survived by: his children, Windy Perry (Henry) and Derek Rasmussen (Kim); his stepson Craig Montour (Jody); his grandchildren, Spencer Perry, Parker Perry, Kara, Karis, Kayla, Arty, Alex, Andy and Cody; his siblings, Jeanette Crow, James Hoffman, Rosie Buchbuger, Rachel Mola and Cheryl Ketchum; and his nephew Chuck Natzke. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
