Patricia Mary Hoffman Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Mary Hoffman of Gresham, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 7, 2025, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert DeBaker and Cora DeBaker (Brunner); her husband Peter Hoffman, Jr.; her son-in-law Dan Reynolds; and her brothers, Eugene and Joseph.
She is survived by: her children, Carl Hoffman (Debbie), Earl Hoffman (Alicia), Ann Marie Reynolds, Tony Hoffman (Teri), Lois Higgins (Thomas Russell), Todd Hoffman (Kelly), Janet Fausti and John Hoffman (Lisa); her grandchildren, Elliot (Allyson), Stacy (Nate), Luke (Laura), Shannon (Dan), Kyle (Elysabeth), Elizabeth, Ryan, Ashley, Jessie (Paul), Erica (Steven), Trevor, Christopher, Hilary (Eric), Hunter (Shannon), Mike, Kayla, Nick, Austin and Aaron (Courtney); her great grandchildren, Hadley, Josie, Ryleigh, Graham, Evelyn, Lena, Levi, Laney, Kaleb, Cora, Henry, Clyde, Indy, Nora, Teagan, Jack, Charlie, Jaelynn, Gracee, Oaklyn, Samantha and Hudson; and her sister Karen Knitt. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary's Catholic Church (W11842 3rd St, Leopolis, WI 54948). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dollars for Scholars from the Gresham Schools and St. Jude Children's Hospital.
