She was predeceased by: her parents, Jakob Andreasik and Franciszka Andreasik (Longosz); and her husband Anthony Joseph Duda. She is survived by: her daughters, Kathy Kwiatkowski of Greenwood, Jane Dubrowski (Stanley) of Peoria, IL and Diane Loyd of Greenwood; and her grandchildren, Lissa Dubrowski of Bollingbrook, IL, Lin Taibl of Bollingbrook, IL and Eric Dubrowski (Sarah Webster) of Peoria, IL..
