He was loved and cherished by many people including: his adoptive father Wayne (Verna Birkett); his mother Verna Birkett of Greenwood, WI; his daughters, Brittan Buettner (Joe) of Cottage Grove, WI and Elyse Birkett of Madison, WI; his grandchildren, Roman, Noelle and Naomi Buettner; his sister Darla Abel (Scott) of Greenwood, WI; his wife Susan Palange; and his father Wayne Birkett.
