He is survived by: his wife Kathy Duda; his mother-in-law Stephanie Duda of Greenwood; his sisters-in-law, Diane Loyd of Greenwood and Jane Dubrowski (Stanley) of Peoria, IL; his nieces, Lisa Dubrowski of Bollingbrook, IL and Lin Taibl of Bollingbrook, IL; and his nephew Eric Dubrowski of Peoria, IL. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
