We bid farewell to Donald C. Bangart of Greenwood, Wisconsin, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on December 5, 2024 at the age of 77. Donald touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Bangart and Mercedes Bangart (Kloos); his son Dennis Bangart (Sarah); his wife Patti; his parents-in-law, Ed and Florence Rueth; his sisters, Patsy, Monica Wolf, Sister Antoinette Bangart and JoAnn Aschebrock; and his in-laws, Jim Bangart, Terry Bangart (Holly), Tom Bangart, Roy Brumbaugh, Bob Rueth (Marie), Tom Rueth and Ralph Rueth.
He is survived by: his son David Bangart (Amber); his grandchildren, Adalyn, Cole and Danika; his daughter Mary Ketchum (Michael) of Altura, MN; his grandchildren, Katelyn, Kyli, Luciana, Hendrick and Loretta; his daughter Michelle "Mikki" Wirt (Darrin) of Lewiston, MN.; his siblings, Marilyn Brumbaugh of Rapids City, SD, Darlene Harmon (Jan) of Springfield, MO, Charlie Bangart (Judy) and Jane Pankratz (Dennis); and his in-laws, Norman Wolf, Spencer, Bob Aschebrock (Roxanne), Jenny Bangart, Anna Rueth, Roger Rueth (Alora), Sue Gumz (Mike), Bengie Quelle (Larry), Roy Rueth (Helen), Rose Mondloch (Neal) and Kay Krings (John) of New Brighton, MN. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the St. Anthony Catholic Church (407 N Division St, Loyal, WI 54446). A rosary was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials will be donated to local organizations that Don was involved in within his communities.
