He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Bousek and Rose Bousek; and his mother-in-law Sylvia Sundin. He is survived by: his wife Janie; his siblings-in-law, Sharon Piette (Robert) and Steve Sundin (Audrey Lewis); and his nieces, Jolie Abitz (Kevin), Brenda Heth (Josh) and Stephanie Warning (Brad).
