He was predeceased by: his father F. Carl Mintzlaff; and his brother Kurt Mintzlaff. He is survived by: his mother Joyce Mintzlaff; his wife Jeanne Mintzlaff; his son Ian Mintzlaff; his brother David Mintzlaff (Tricia); his sister-in-law Mary Nierode; and his nephews, Chad Mintzlaff (Michelle) and Joseph Mintzlaff.
