He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Gerald Blackburn and Sharis Blackburn; his wife Patricia Ann Blackburn; his daughters, Ashley Beck and Chelsea Blackburn Cohen; his son-in-law Jacob Cohen; his grandchildren, Jayce Beck and Maxine Cohen; his mother-in-law Thelma Hogan; and his siblings, Theresa Phipps and Lee Blackburn.
