He was predeceased by: his parents, Mills Neubert and Virginia Neubert (Kern); his wife Marilyn; and his brother Mike Neubert. He is survived by: his children, Jim Jr. Neubert (Gina), Sheila Kasal (Scotty Schroeder), Ryan Neubert (Lauranne) and Paul Neubert; his grandchildren, Makayla, Mason, Bailey, Cassie, Emily, Mckenna, Paris and Aiden; his sisters, Susie Behm (Gordy Thivierge) and Shirley Vandenberg; his sister-in-law Brenda Stubner; his uncle Jack Hanson; and his pet Hershey. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
