With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Michael Koltz of Greenleaf, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 16, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Koltz and Florence Koltz (Puymbroek); his parents-in-law, Ken Naniot and Gloria Bethke; his grandson Mitchell Koltz; his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Koltz, Esther Koltz, Dave Carter and Wesley Naniot; and his nephews, Jason Novitski and Justin Ramey.

He is survived by: his wife Wanda Naniot; his children, Jesse Koltz (Holly) and Nick Koltz (Samantha); his grandsons, Mason (Erin Rietz) and Zack (Madeline Westrich); his great grandchild Bentley; his siblings, Fred Koltz, Don Koltz, Ruth Krause (Dean), Jean Herlache (Abts), Bob Koltz (Wendy), Al Koltz (Julie) and Dennis Koltz (Lisa); and his nieces and nephews, Tim Bethke, Jean Ramey, Billy, Robin Hogan, Pat, Dawn Carter Sidwell, Wendy Rahn, Kathy Lemke and Roy.

In Lieu of flowers and plants a memorial fund will be established.
