He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Rackowski and Sophie Rackowski; his wife Arlene Muzia-Rackowski; and his siblings, Grace (Ken) and Wayne Rackowski.

He is survived by: his daughters, Yvonne Campanelli (Nick), Laura Rackowski and D. Lynne Luckow; his grandchildren, Jennifer Berndt (Ryan), Benjamin Suxstorf (Jamie), Heidi Tobalsky (Thomas) and Sam Luckow; his great grandchildren, Steve, Ethan, Olivia, Matthew, Nicholas and Vance; and his former wife Hannelore Damrow. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Bob's name to your local Humane Society are appreciated by the family.
