We are sad to announce that on July 7, 2018, at the age of 83, Richard J. Loy (Greendale, Wisconsin) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, Susan Miller and Dan Loy (Deb); his grandchild Jason Miller; and his sibling Jean Swanson. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Blood Center of Wisconsin would be appreciated in Richard's memory, as he avidly donated blood over the years.
