He was predeceased by: his wife Ann. He is survived by: his children, Linda (Robert) and Russell (Monica); his parents, John and Lydia; and his siblings, John Koller (Mae), Thomas Koller (Maxine) and Eunice Koller (George). He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
