With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Cook of Greendale, Wisconsin, born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on February 9, 2022 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph; her parents, Melvin Schultz and Elsie Schultz (Reinke); her brother Melvin; and her sister-in-law Judy Schultz.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Butzlaff (Jeff); and her grandchildren, Michael, Matthew (Linnea) and Kelsey Butzlaff (Cory Ninko). She is also survived by nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations appreciated in Janet's name to Horizon Home Care & Hospice or Wisconsin Humane Society Milwaukee Campus.
