With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gregory E. Jack (Greendale, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 3, 2018 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Juchniewicz and Irene Juchniewicz; and his brother Arnold Jack. He is survived by: his spouse Kathleen Jack; and his child Courtney Michalski (Daniel). He is also survived by aunt, cousins and many friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Greg's name would be appreciated.
