She was predeceased by: her husband Richard "Dick" Jatczak; her granddaughter Kayla Jatczak; her parents, Julia Sadowski and Saturn Sadowski; her parents-in-law, Marie and Frank Jatczak; her brother Bob (LaVerne Sadowski); and her siblings-in-law, Frank Jatczak (Gloria), Phillis Garland (Maynard) and Ralph Jatczak (Rosie).
She is survived by: her children, Julann (Mike Davis), Bill (Cindy) and David Jatczak (Patty); her siblings-in-law, Chris Alter and Gene Jatczak; and also, Dominoes, Sheepshead, Rummikub, Phase and Cribbage. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, grand dogs.
As her last gift, Freddy has donated her body to the Medical College of Wisconsin as a "silent teacher.". In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital (https://www.stjude.org), St. Alphonsus Parish (https://www.st-alphonsus.org), or a charity of your choice.
