He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth; his son Gary; and his parents, Severin and Rose. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne (Lila) and Neal (Dawn); his grandchildren, Luke, Liza Romans (Nick), Nick and Kyle; and his great grandchild Levi.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made in Robert's name to VFW Post 416, in Greendale, WI or to the Honor Flight.
