She was predeceased by: her parents, George Schultz and Edina Schultz; her husband DuWayne Bloch; and her daughter Elizabeth Pettack-Mirr. She is survived by: her daughter D'Etta McMillan (Guy) of Arlington Heights, IL; her granddaughters, Virginia Cerdan (Pepe) of Appleton, WI and Deanna Lyons (Terry) of Sun Prairie, WI; and her great grandchildren, Isabella Cerdan, Gabriella Cerdan, Collin Lyons and Maryn Lyons.
