She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Cook and Edna Cook (Wiesendanger); her husband Norman Butzlaff; her siblings, Donna Rudolph, Gwen Geiger, June Hayatt, Carol Pierce and Ronald Cook; and her grandson Daniel Borski.
She is survived by: her children, William Butzlaff (Julie Wright) and Belinda Spanbauer (James); her grandchildren, William Butzlaff Jr., Lauren Spanbauer, Peterson Spanbauer and Shelly Paulick; her sister Glorian Leto; and her great grandchild Arlo.
